Refund policy

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect apparel within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale or clearance items.
Customized or personalized apparel unless defective.
Return Process
Contact support@ruffline.in with details of the issue and provide photographs of the defect or damage.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error by Ruffline.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after refund approval.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items. Replacement items will be shipped upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 10% may apply for returns not due to company error.
